Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital campaign execution, performance marketing, CRM, and web updates across MLTT, SPINDEX and future offerings. This role is central to driving ticket sales, e-commerce revenue, and fan engagement. You’ll own the funnel—bringing science to our marketing through smarter segmentation, smarter spend, and smarter reporting.

You’ll work cross-functionally with content, creative, and product teams, and be hands-on in the platforms every day.

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to events)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Manage Mailchimp email strategy — from content development to segmented journeys and performance reporting
  • Keep all websites (Webflow) and ticketing pages updated, optimized, and conversion-ready
  • Analyze campaign performance using established dashboards and attribution systems
  • Collaborate with creative teams on digital ad assets, landing pages, and A/B testing strategy
  • Report on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and key metrics — then use insights to drive real improvements
  • Drive digital revenue growth across ticketing, merchandise (Shopify), and partnerships
  • Optimize spend and targeting across markets, products, and audience segments
  • Ensure seamless fan experience across all digital touchpoints — from first click to final purchase
  • Drive promotional campaigns and digital initiatives — from strategy to execution across multiple channels

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ROI results
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and GA4
  • Experience with CMS platforms like Webflow or similar tools
  • Strong content development abilities and comfort with multi-channel marketing execution
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance and making quick pivots
  • Exceptional project management skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • Team player mentality who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments
  • Growth-focused approach to scaling campaigns and expanding reach

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in sports, live events, or streaming industries
  • Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce integrations, or subscription models
  • Prior use of Looker Studio or Supermetrics for marketing dashboards
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy or optimize landing page content
  • Genuine interest in sports storytelling and fan engagement
  • Community partnership experience and relationship building
